Every action has a name on it.
Every bill, repair stage, return and stock move records who did it. You see it from the web, whoever was at the counter.
Cost and margin never reach the counter.
Not hidden behind a setting — absent from the staff phone altogether. Staff see the selling price and nothing else.
Access ends the moment you end it.
Revoking a staff member is one action, and it takes effect immediately. There is no logged-in-until-tomorrow.

Stock moves between branches and the move is recorded. Cash is never added across them — two drawers make one number that reconciles against nothing.
Credit comes from the ledger.
What a customer owes is worked out from their bills and payments, not kept as a second number that can drift. Who owes what is on screen; you decide who to call.
